What you need: 2 lb. Stew Meat (Beef or Venison) 1 lb. Baby Carrots 2 Cups Peas (Frozen or fresh) 1 White Onion (Diced) 1 1/2 lb. Red or Regular Diced Potatoes 2- 14 oz. Can Beef Broth 1- 6oz. Can Tomato Paste 1/2 Cup Flour 4 Tsp. Olive Oil Seasonings: Garlic Salt, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Salt, Pepper, Cajun Seasoning, Oregano, Thyme, Chili Powder Combine flour, and a small amount of seasonings in a Ziploc bag. Shake Well. Add raw stew meat and shake until meat is covered.
