This by far is the best way to cook fish!! You can't go wrong with lemon flavoring for fish!! My boyfriend and I cook fish the same way and have our own unique things we brought together and made the most amazing fish ever!! So when you start you obviously need to gut the trout and clean it well!! DO NOT SKIN IT!!  Preheat oven to 375 degrees.  We leave the heads on because it can help determine when the fish is done. Once the eyes turn white the fish is done.  I would use foil on a cookie
