Who has always had a hard time making the perfect burger?? Well look no more for I have perfected Venison burgers!! They are normally pretty tough to make into a hamburger because they don't have a lot of fat in them like regular beef does!! The way I make these keeps them moist and they don't fall apart!! What you need: 1 lb. Venison Burger (Regular beef works as well) 1 Egg 2 Tbsp. Italian Breadcrumbs (Add 1 Tbsp. at a time.) Freshly diced jalapenos. (Optional) Sliced Cheese (Optional)
